Customer questions & answers
Question:Can the tablet holder for the ic4 handle an iPad Pro 12.9"?
Answer:Yes it does. It sits on a heavy rack that works for most devices. I like it just fine but do wish it was adjustable- just a nice to have and in no way takes away from the function for me. I love this bike.
Question:Is there a way to switch the distance read out to miles instead if kilometers?
Answer:To switch units between kilometers and miles before a workout, push the
Increase and Decrease buttons together and hold for 3 seconds. Push an Increase/Decrease button to change the units
(KM or MI). With the desired unit of distance displayed, push any button to save.
Question:Does the IC4’s display show your current resistance level?
Answer:According to the manual, yes it does. It's the 5th item on the display: "Level" . From the Manual: "LEVEL
The LEVEL display field shows the current resistance level. The range of resistance is 0% - 100% which can be modified
by 1% increments. The Emergency Brake/Resistance Adjustment Knob is used to modify the Resistance Level by turning
it clockwise to increase the level, counterclockwise to decrease"
Question:can this bike be kept outside covered in AZ where there is no freeze and very little rain?
Answer:The fly wheel might need additional lubrication/cleaning. I believe you could keep your bike outside, as long as you cover it.

Husband was able to put this together by himself with no issues very quickly after work. So far we have absolutely loved this bike. It has a smooth ride, and I have not noticed an undue amount of noise from the fly wheel even when the resistance is turned up. The seat is uncomfortable at first but that’s an issue with every bike I’ve ever sat on. The pedals seem sturdy, including the toe cage. It’s easy to adjust the seat between me (5’4”) and my husband (6’2”). The tablet holder is small enough to hold an iPhone XS but still manages a Kindle Fire with case no problem, with room behind for a water bottle. The bike is easy to move despite being solid metal, and I can move it with ease around our little gym. Since it does not require a plug in, I can also move it more easily around without worrying about an outlet. Our previous machine was a big and bulky 3 in 1 and required being near an outlet. This is much smaller, quieter, and its function is so far superb. Most importantly, it has gotten me on the bike. I forced myself to take a rest day yesterday because I realized I’d ridden the last 9 days straight. I use it as time to watch a show after doing yoga. I enjoy that I can watch YouTube cycling classes if I feel like it, but mostly I can be left alone to peddle in peace while watching a tv show. It is smooth enough that I can read my Kindle books as well. It’s really nice that to complete a workout you don’t NEED the tablet or internet to connect to a class, especially because we’re in a rural area with spotty internet.

MS****niBike was very easy to put together. Super quiet while riding. I'm not a very experienced rider, but discovered a lot of videos and tutorials to get me going.

M.*****ockI am so impressed with the quality build of this bike. These bikes are becoming harder to find and I feel lucky I found this on this company. I have seen where some people are having issues with pedals creaking or coming loose. Just be sure to thread them carefully and I applied loctite to the threads when installing and haven't experienced any issues. The seatpost has some play in it but if you tighten it down really tight that shouldn't be a problem. I would highly recommend over the 2K spin bike. My wife uses it with the Peloton app and it easily connects. I have also connected it to Fulgaz without problem. Someone asked the distance from the seat to the handlebar when the seat is all the way forward. Note that both the seat and the handlebar are adjustable horizontally. With the seat forward as far as possible and the handlebar positioned as close to the seat as possible the distance is 465 cm or 18 1/2 inches. See picture above.

R***elExcellent bike and sturdy. The only problem I've found is the poor placement of the water bottle holder. It's behind the device mount, so if you use an ipad or tablet while riding you have to reach up and behind the device where you risk knocking it over just to get your water mid-workout. Very inconvenient. Also it'd be nice to have a resistance meter instead of just the plus/minus knob so I can follow resistance levels on spin class videos. But, other than those things it is a great bike I'm glad to have purchased.
