I like A LOT of things about this bike. I did my research and the value for money is better than the Peloton which does not include: 1. a year free membership 2. scenic rides around the world 3. Auto calibration of incline and resistance by the instructor to match the terrain or studio class - So cool! Love this feature! 4. So simple but I LOVE the fan! 5. Very smooth and quiet ride. 6. Large screen which swivels and tilts so you can do your floor work and follow instruction from wherever you want. 7. Perfect placement of hand weights on front console as opposed to behind you and difficult to reach. 8. The content is GREAT! Love the instructors for all platforms. I like to do a studio class for cardio; scenic ride for cultural immersion and then a floor class for conditioning or yoga for recuperation. IFit has everything you need and lots of variety! We are have having a lot of fun using this equipment. I don't miss the gym at all! The bike itself is simply awesome! We upgraded the seat to a plush gel seat and also clip-in spd pedals to make the experience more enjoyable.

I purchased the NordicTrack Commercial Studio Bike S15i as it was a much more reasonably priced alternative to the much-hyped competition. I am mechanically-inclined, so was able to assemble the bike myself with only a little assistance needed maneuvering the heavy main section. I was able to easily replace the stock pedals with my own dual-sided pedals (toe clips one side, SPD on the other). The experience is much better with clipless pedals compared to standard shoes and toe clips, so I recommend investing in SPD shoes and pedals, if you don’t already have them. The stock seat is basic, but can be replaced with any standard bicycle seat. The seat height and fore-aft position are easily adjusted.

I really thought I would buy the Peloton as they flood the television with so many ads, I didn't even realize there WERE other bikes. Once I found the NordicTrack S22i and compared the price along with the features, I was sold by, auto-resistance, auto-incline/auto-decline and the non-studio trainer led rides, all things Peloton doesn't offer. I was further sold by the fact the bikes specifications were a max 350lb rider, which told me the bike was built well and the fact it took a standard saddle and standard pedals. It allowed to me have the same seat and pedals I use on my outside bikes.

I love to do exercise while following the instructor to see the scenic view in different cities and countries. One of the strong incentive for me to get this bike because of iFit. iFit also offer live class just like Peloton. Unfortunately, Peloton scenic view is like riding with Google map. I like instructor led scenic view training. It gives me more incentive to ride the bike every day. I love to ride up San Francisco hill with incline +12 and come down the crookest street in the world ,Lombard street. I love to stroll across San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge and enjoy the scenic view of the street of San Francisco. It is fun to join the Tour of Utah bike race to see how bikers eat, rest and peel (yes, urinate) while riding the bike. It is fun to ride dangerously down the staircases of the street at Chile while enjoying the street graffiti. It is also nice to ride your bike in the snow at the North Pole to visit Santa Claus house and ride along with the dog sleigh at Fairbanks, Alaska. This is the reason I gives 5 stars for the iFit.
