It can connect to your TV with an HDMI cord if you would like to view your workout on your TV screen instead of the 14-inch touch screen on the console.

Question:Can I pause the workout indefinitely, without the treadmill resetting distance info after a set amount of time?

Answer:The treadmill will give you a 10 minute pause option. If you need more just unpause it and start it again.
