Question:What’s the weight limit? It just says 220# but I don’t know if that’s pounds or kilograms.
Answer:Hi there, it's 220 pounds which is marked on the body of the e-scooter. The actual load would be heavier than that.
Question:Water, rain. is this ip54 or ipx7? the page and user manual say ip54. but the seller says ipx7.

Question:Can we change the handlebar grip for this?
Answer:I just tested out for you and it looks like you can just twist it off and pop back in.

Awesome build quality, tons of little features you don’t see on similar prices scooters. I haven’t ran the battery to completely empty on one trip but I’ve got a little over 20 miles with about 20 percent charge left. I weight about 170 and cruised between 15-20 mph the entire trip. My girlfriend weighing 100 pounds did 14 miles with 66 percent battery left. I plan on picking up the upcoming max for me and giving her this one to ride

I have been trying to find the right scooter for months and this was it!!! Very well built!!!! Customer service is great. No equipment problems...just a question about the dark/light mode setting. Responded right away. Have been riding for about a month and just hit 250 miles! It is so much fun to ride and also great for trips around town. I live by a 108 mile bike trail in PA and have done tons of exploring. The mileage listed is 31 miles, but climbing his and running hard it is closer to 20ish mile. Still pretty good. Can't wait to hit 1000 miles!!! Would recommend!!!

Let's start with the good: This is a really well built electric scooter and I'd wager it's more comfortable to ride than many of the commercial E-Scooter rentals you can find around town. I really like the super-solid latch on the folding handlebar - there is zero slop in that joint and it locks down nice and securely. In "eco" mode, it goes about 6-8mph and then in normal mode it will get up to 18-20mph depending on the road/path conditions. It has plenty of power to handle driving a full 200lb adult across soft grass (at a much slower pace) and it handled moderate slopes on a bikepath without any issue.
