Question:Does it have a zero incline? I have a knee problem and need to run flat as possible.
Answer:Yes --- you can achieve zero inclination by adjusting both feet at the rear of the treadmill by simply re-positioning the pin. (Raising the feet to highest position will make the treadmill level).
Question:How difficult to assemble?
Answer:Very easy. Already assembled. Just required a few screws in strategic places.
Question:is it quiet?
Answer:Yes, it's relatively quiet. All I can really hear is the belt turning, no loud motor noise. I can hear my tv with no problem.
Question:Does this treadmill have programmable interval training available?
Answer:The treadmill has 9 programs available but no programmable one available.
Question:Is it easy to move out of the way or is it too heavy to do that?
Answer:It is very easy to move around and if you want fold it up to put it away you can do that also. I am 72 years old and I am well satisfied.
