Question:Why won’t it turn on unless its got the charging cord plugged in? Keys and fob buttons do nothing regardless of the kickstand (or pegs) being up down
Answer:You need to open the hatch and plug the battery in
Question:Can this be ridin on asphalt bike trails?
Answer:Yes, but the turning isn't very sharp so that could be a problem, and make sure to adjust your springs and shocks to account for bumpy terrain.
Question:does this come with an alarm?
Answer:The bike does come with an alarm as long as the battery is changed.
You can lock the steering as well.

Overall this e-bike is great and rides very comfortably. I wish the battery life was better or full charging was faster. After a full charge I can ride it around for about 20 miles city riding before it gets down to one bar from four. I’m 220lbs so my weight maybe a factor. Pros- Looks great Comfortable Easy to handle Gets lots of looks Alarm with remote start High and low beam, turn signals, hazard lights Decent acceleration and top speed for local roads Cons- Battery life Battery compartment cover Orange power cable on one side diminishes look Orange tape over cable behind headlight Horn is weak

This is my first electric scooter with this type of power. It is a nice ride and great for the backroads I live on. Very sleek looking, powerful, and quiet. Easy to assemble.

This is as fun as it looks, fully functional, easy to use and get assimilated with all the controls. I would definitely recommend this bike. Nobody has these yet and I love the crazy looks you get with what looks like a tiny motorcycle with no sound! It will go faster than 37mph, I had it at 42! Awesome.

Fun for cruising on a great day! Check with your local laws to found out what it registers as. Look up ebike, moped, and motorcycle classification to see what it qualifies in your state as. In Michigan it qualifies as a motorcycle due to the speed being 37mph which is 7mph faster than a moped. So I had to get it insured then plated plus get my endorsement just to ride it legally. Overall I’m happy with the purchase and very pleased with it so far I will update in a little while on how it’s running but at the moment highly recommend.

Fast, comfortable and fun! I ride it to work daily, about 20 miles round trip. It is so much fun. Handles potholes and larger bumps really well thanks to the solid suspension and those nice wide tires. Can't recommend it enough. Shipping took about a week which isn't bad. The company stayed in contact the whole time to confirm it arrived in good condition. I will most likely be getting a second one for my wife. Fyi I'm a big guy, 300lbs, this thing drags me around like its nothing, thanks to it's 440lb weight capacity. I've even taken my son for a ride a few times. Still moves good. Now go order yours!
