Love the sauna! Perfect size to stretch out in. Easy to put together - husband and I did it in about an hour. Looks great! I've had it two weeks and have used it 4-5 days a week. Looking forward to all the long term healing benefits.

So far....... great! Definitely worth the price! I wasn’t sure if an infared sauna was for me or not but I love it. It gets up to 150 and really gets a good sweat going. I like that you can sit for longer periods of time (30+ minutes) than a traditional sauna and not overheated or uneasy. - Easy to install: I did it myself in about an hour. Would definitely be easier with help but it’s doable. Very little as far as tools needed. It all snaps together. All you have to do is screw the bench down. Comes in three boxes. They are heavy and awkward so definitely need two strong people to move the boxes. Make sure all the connections are snapped together tight. I had to go back and check a couple after I discovered a couple of the heaters weren’t getting hot. Definitely assembler error on my part. Be careful with the glass door. I had to have a new dedicated 20 watt outlet and 20 amp breaker installed. Plan for the added cost of the electrician. - I added some nice wooden hooks for towel, robe, etc. I also added an essential oil hanger. - Size: I’m a big guy. 6’0 and XXL. It’s a 3 person but my wife and I fit in comfortably. She’s able to lay down on the bench. -Stereo: nothing fancy but sounds good in the space. It is Bluetooth or aux compatible. I connect BT to my phone. - Lights: lots of cool options. I turn off the exterior lights because they are bright. May come in handy in a dark space. It does take about 25-30 minutes to reach max heat.

Very easy to put together with two adults. Heats up in less than 30 minutes. Delivery was fast. Two can seat very comfortably. We love it!!!
