What a beast - well constructed and beautiful. Like almost everyone else, the challenge was to get it into its final placement. Took plenty of manpower and ingenuity, but luckily no fingers lost in the ordeal. Worth every penny. Love it.

It is a beautiful fireplace. Positives: well built and all assembled, they give you extra parts and pieces just in case. Negatives: the gas line ports were installed upside down and I needed to fix it.

CalFlame outdoor fireplace. It's a perfect addition to our backyard. Beautiful, great quality and throws perfect heat, very cozy feeling. The delivery took a while but it was worth it and the staff were exceptional in service and definitely provided excellent solutions. Would highly recommend.

Substantial fireplace. Received in excellent condition. Shipping was a bit of an issue. Luckily I have a friend who works at an equipment rental place where I had it shipped. He delivered and set up. Without his help, I would have had it brought here on a truck without a lift gate and no way to get it off the truck or to place it where I wanted it. I was ensured that it would be placed where I wanted it.

The stone veneer is a manufactured "stone" that is a flat panel about 3x12", with multiple flagstones engraved on the surface and then painted. You can clearly see these panels up close. Nevertheless, it is well made and I would do it again for the money.
