The fireplace is heavy and comes in two boxes so be prepared to give it a push in the door. If you are placing it under a wall mounted TV, the max TV size is 65" and the TV will be the same size as the fireplace. What I personally was searching for in the reviews and did not find it was the storage measurements so I will share my experience. My full size DVR cable box (verizon) does not fit in the sliding top portion, it is popping out about an 1"-1.5", we will either cut a bigger hole in the back or switch it with the smaller cable boxes and move this big old one into a bedroom . Nintendo switch and our internet router fit in the slim side panels but there was no shot of fitting the other gaming consoles like Xbox, even sideways. You could always pop out the back so they can stick out in the back and the front doors will close. The fireplace looks nice and serves its purpose. The heat really comes out and has the ability to warm the room. We went for the bone color, it's not pure white, but not too much of a cream, it's nice and would match almost any decor. It shipped very quickly and arrived in NY in a couple of days, much sooner than the expected arrival date. Our box was missing a couple of bolts so we will have to contact the manufacturer ( we left two out of the top piece so its not fully locked in.. we wouldn't be able to lift it from there, not like anyone would lift the fireplace). We have another real flame fireplace and haven't been disappointed, I would recommend it.

Very pleased with this purchase. Build quality is good, finish had a few imperfections, but nothing noticeable. Very pleased overall. Some of the locking screws aren’t overly tight, but all in all, a great purchase. Pretty straight forward build - much easier with two people.

Very happy with this product so far, especially with the look of it. The mantle, middle, and bottom piece are very solid. It took several hours to build but it wasn't difficult. While the flame doesn't look real, it still looks pretty good and has a realistic motion to it. I did want to clarify some points about the heating function. When the heater is on, it draws about 1500w of continuous power, regardless of temperature. There is also a fan running. It's not super load but also not whisper quiet. You will notice it in a quiet room. There is also a noticeable smell, but that may due to the unit still being new and may subside with continued use. It definitely puts out some heat, even at the lowest setting.
