Question:Are the dimensions listed fully assembled including slide / ladder / climbing wall?
Answer:The full surface dimensions including the slide sticking out on the end and the ladder and rock wall on the sides is 177 inches x 80 inches.
Question:Is the pine treated for weather?
Answer:Yes, it is treated for the weather and should withstand the elements, rain or shine :)
Question:How does it install? Does it have to be installed on grass or can it be put on a hard surface?
Answer:Mine is installed on grass and legs sunk in concrete. As you build it, IF it is on unlevel ground / sloping ground, my opinion is to built out the connections to the swing side first, so you've got the right dimensions on how far you need to sing the 6 legs so its level.

This playset is absolutely GORGEOUS. My 2.5 year old (although she’s the height of a 4 year old) adores it and plays on it from morning til night. I wanted something affordable, modern, attractive, that didn’t take up too much space. This playset was the perfect choice. It is stunningly beautiful. My kiddo sits in the clubhouse for hours putting her little rocks and toys on the ledge and peaking through the windows. So much to do on this compact set! Things to consider- It’s definitely meant for kids under the age of say, 12, not a massive, adult sized playset. I love that it’s not too big that I have to worry about my kiddo being TOO high up. She can easily navigate the climbing wall and ladder vs other playsets where I’m a nervous wreck and she can’t reach anything. All in all, if you’re looking for a playset that will beautify your yard and provide hours of joy, it’s the best buy for the amazing price!

Assembly was a bit tricky - 2 grandpas, 1 uncle, 1 dad and two days. It is meant to be dug into the ground. Perfect size for 1-7 year olds, we did order a baby swing for our 1 year old. The kids love it, I love that it doesn’t take up the whole yard and has a clean look to it! You might want to order some extra handholds for the climbing wall.

We got one of these swing sets for our preschool and we love it!! We have spent a lot of time researching different swing sets as we were looking for something that is safe and sturdy but at the same time modern looking and sleek. We were a bit hesitant because we did not see any reviews on this, but we could not be more pleased! There is nothing like this online, its really beautiful! We hired two people to assemble it for us and they had no issues. We did add an extra wood pierce to drill the base of the ladder into just because we are a school and knew it would be used heavily. We also reinforced the slide with extra bolts to attach to because of that reason as you can see in the photos. These photos are the set after being used for a few months (and heavy use I might add with all the kiddos loving it and the set being the favorite thing on our playground) and as you can see, it looks great! We had some questions during assembly and called customer service - they were super helpful and responsive. All in all, an amazing purchase with great accessories for the kids - would highly recommend for your school or your home - it really makes the whole yard look beautiful - we get compliments all the time from our parents asking where we got it so they can purchase for their own home.

All in all I’m happy with my purchase and my daughter and her friends love playing on it. It only took me 3-4 hours to put it together by myself; I’m also happy with the quality of the material. We’ve got a narrow backyard, and I liked that the layout was flexible enough I could change the sides the various components (stairs, rock wall, slide) were attached to, as you can see from the photo. The full color directions are good, and there are a lot of pictures showing different angles so you get a good idea what right looks like. The only thing I’d do differently on assembly is it initially tells you to set the four main posts in concrete. Before you do it, consider if your yard has a slope, even a minor one, and factor in the two swing set-side posts you’ll have to set later, and make sure the depth you set for the four primary 4x4s takes any slope drop into account.
