Question: Can anybody advise me how the climbing frame is anchored down?
Answer: Great question! We supply Galvanised Steel Ground Anchors for you to secure it into your garden. Some choose to place the ground contact posts into concrete for further piece of mind, but it isn't essential as our climbing frames are tested to EN71 which is a strict European Safety Standard, of which the Galvanised Steel Ground Anchors are part of the configuration that is tested. Question: When attaching the slide, by just screwing in two screws, is this really safe???
Answer: We can say with confidence that this climbing frame is 100% safe to use when built correctly and under proper use. All of our climbing frames are tested to the strict European Safety Standard, EN71. One of the many tests carried out on the climbing frames are weight and stress tests, of which everything has to pass to achieve it's EN71 certified rating. In short; it is indeed really safe. Question: Hi did you have any problems with planning permission? I read now that these climbing frames with a platform are subject of planning.
Answer: I have had mine up for nearly a year live in council property and we have had no problems no complaints and just had our yearly check and they never said anything about planning permission

Answer: No, the climbing frame is designed to have only 2 swinging apparatus attached.

Question: What is the height of the monkey bars?
Answer: The height is adjustable.
