Very Happy! I was originally skeptical of ebikes especially one from China; HOWEVER, I was proved wrong in that skepticism. As my first ebike, I feel lucky to have found one that's high in Quality. This 750W 48A battery ebike is simply one of the BEST on the market and at a decent price. Its sturdy, has well-built parts, and no parts on it feel flimsy. I love riding this ebike and can't wait to hit some slightly steep trails, it's fast and you can really feel the high torque. I love everything in the design as well, from the headlight and brake/taillights to the LCD screen and the switches in the brake handles that cut off the motor when braking. It's exactly as I imagined it to be. The bike comes 75% assembled and they provide directions and links on how to assemble the rest. The HOTEBIKE manufacturer was absolutely AMAZING in their responses to my questions. A piece part fell off the bike in transport and was in the box. I asked what it went to (with pictures) and they responded with marks on the pictures so that I'd know exactly how it was supposed to be. I asked many other questions and always received timely and great responses. GREAT Tech Support and Customer Service! I highly recommend this ebike!

We have purchased a total of 6 HotEbikes (2 - 36V’s and 4- 48V's) in the past 12 months between myself and my neighbours. Once I asked others to try, they all wanted one. Today we all preferred the 48V model for the extra power and longer range; and the best of it all, it has a pair of cool tail lights that blink on braking. I took a leap of faith last year on my first purchase as I was skeptical with the online after-sale support, however, we found the support exceptional in addressing a couple of non-technical minor issues. HotEbike representative (Irene) has been helpful and professional. She communicated well with a good command of English. The bikes were well built. Of the three bikes purchased last years, all had logged in 500-1000km per bike last summer. We experienced no technical issues and all performed according to spec. Brakes and gear shifters are of good quality for the price we were paying. Bikes were responsive and are lighter in weight (less than 50lb ) which made a noticeable difference for loading/unloading, and the occasional manoeuvring. We stored the battery indoor over the winter but found no leakages when reinstalled this year. Most of us are retired and some of us have back and knee problems. E Bikes gave us new opportunity to explore outdoor and to enjoy the company of each other safely during the pandemic. As for me, HotEbike has been a great investment that offers good value for money.
