This bike is great no complaints except the instruction book is a little short on information. The price of this bike is great compared to some others and with 36v and 350w motor this will get you up any hill. I use mine for recreation as I’m retired and would definitely recommend this bike to anyone . If any one has any question please ask me ,for a green bike this is the best for recreation and price. I have ridden this bike for well over 100 KLM with no problems . You won’t find a better bike on the market for the price.

The bike is packed to ship, no damage when delivered and shipping was fast. Gotrax definitely did there homework on this model. My 3rd ebike and for the price point you just cannot beat its quality, surpasses every expectation. Just need to get the S830 display dialed in and it will be ready to rock. Another plus, it comes with fenders to keep the water off your balls and back.

I bought two of these electric bikes (one for me and one for my wife). We are very satisfied with this purchase. The bike is very performance and robustness. With the 5 level assistant of the battery, it makes you go further. I use only the assistant level 1 or 2 and my wife, she uses level 3 during our last ride.
