Question:Can you use this in the cold freezing temperatures ?
Answer:Love this hot tub. Instructions states it should not be outside with temps below 40. We moved it to the lower level of our house during the winter months. Just need to have a good vent for the humidity etc.Question:Does it come with a gfci protected power cord?

Answer:I believe the bubbles are either off or on. We haven't tried to adjust them, to my knowledge.Question:How heavy is the cover?
Answer:More awkward than heavy. It pulls over whole tub to the bottom. It is padded double vinyl, which helps maintain heat.Question:Does this spa have a built-in inflation system?
Answer:Yes. It's built in to the pump/filter/heater. The inflation attachment hose is included.Question:What type of plug in for the hot tub?

Answer:It depends on how cold you want it to go. The thermostat is made to make it up to 104 Deg. I haven wanted to be much lower then 95. -

I purchased this so I would have some water fun in my backyard this summer. This hot tub is easy to put up and maintain. I don't think I would want 6 people in it as it would be a little tight but for me and my husband it is perfect. So glad we purchase this. I have been in it almost everyday since I got it.

exceeded all my expectations. As renters, we didn't want to put in a full spa, but as a previous owner of a Thermospa, this thing works great. No jets, but the bubbles all around are very powerful so no complaints from me. Heat maintains well and it is easy to maintain. So sturdy you can sit up on the edge without causing even a dent, and I'm not a small girl. Easy setup as well.

I followed the directions and everything worked just like it was supposed to. For now, we are heating it a little to use it in the evening. We will stop heating it soon. We are in AZ and are going to try to keep it a little cooler for the summer months, this may require some ice!

This is life changing! We live in a cold climate so I have this in our basement right now and it is so relaxing and comforting to sit in after work. I love the light that came with it and the bottom is so soft to sit on. Sides are incredibly sturdy. We have 2 cats and they sleep on the cover. It is puncture resistant. I was very hesitant to buy this but wish I did it sooner. It took 30 min to inflate and fill with water. So easy my daughter and me did it! Worth the money!!

We filled it with hot water from a hose I ran from the laundry, so we were ready to use in like 30 minutes from opening the box. After a few weeks, the power was not going on unless you wiggled the plug (something must have come loose). Wrote the company, gave them the detail and they sent a new unit very quickly. We've had it a couple months and it's great. Uses very little power, we keep it on pretty much all the time. The spa is air bubbles not jets, but you can still feel it against your back for the message. Both my wife and I have had sore backs that feel better after a time in it.
