Q: Does this greenhouse come with a floor/base?
A: Yes! This greenhouse includes a strong, galvanised steel base, to give your greenhouse the perfect foundation that will resist rust and keep your building sturdy for years to come.Q: What is twin-wall polycarbonate glazing?
A: The roof and windows of the greenhouse are built with twin wall polycarbonate sheeting, a durable and strong plastic, with two layers for added durability and insulation. Polycarbonate glazing is stronger than traditional glass, so you will not need to worry about it easily shattering and requiring replacement. The polycarbonate sheets allow natural lighting into the inside and allows enough heat for the plants to grow, so you can achieve the best growing results from your own garden!Q: How long does it take to assemble this building?
A: Using the assembly instruction included and with a team of just 2 people and a bit of DIY knowledge you can expect to have your BillyOh building up within a day, or as little as 3-4 hours with some of our smaller buildings. -

This is an excellent product! It only loses a star in my view as it's designed specifically for the sliding door to go on the left-hand side. For my location, I needed the door on the right-hand side, and there is no information in advance to suggest that the standard set is not reversible. I had to do a bit of bodging to reverse the door - cut and reshape some of the aluminium supports, and fit an extra flange to hold the windows on one side. It wouldn't take much for the supplier to make the product to be made truly reversible. Anyway, regardless of my bodging, it's a great greenhouse. The instructions can be intimidating at first, but the steps are set out well and the diagrams are helpful. I'd recommend having a handheld electric drill & socket set for quicker assembly. The suggested build time of 2hrs is quite laughable. I'm clearly an amateur, but assembly took about 3 days in total. I think even for pros it would take about 5+hrs. Overall, a great product, excellent value for money, looks smart and thoroughly recommended. I hope the manufacturer will consider making the door reversible for future versions.

The sides need a lot of stabilization before they are bolted together. A dab of glue to hold the panels together would’ve helped wonders. Also, don’t build on a windy day. Have helpers who don’t mind just standing and holding it together for hours at a time. I really like the finished product, it’s fairly sturdy and with a decent foundation and caulk I expect it to be rock solid. But the assembly nearly broke me. Good luck, and hope it’s easier for the next person.

As stated in the other reviews it's a real pain to assemble. It feels sturdier than I was expecting, I sealed the windows with silicone for a bit of added support. Overall I think it's good value.

Excellent greenhouse at a very reasonable price. Not too difficult to assemble if you work through the instructions one page at a time. Contacted customer service as one part was faulty. Excellent customer team, sorted the problem within 48 hours. I am pleased with my purchase

The instructions, being pictorial were relatively easy to follow, but we hit a couple of snags as the design does not take into account attaching it to a cabin.
