Had a couple of issues with parts, but the customer service team was very responsive and helpful! I love the Gazebo and I put it together by myself! I was also able to put a fan and bug zapper up top!

Jenn*********hollVery happy with this purchase. Once assembled, it is very sturdy. The YouTube video for instructions for assembly was very useful. Construction was time consuming, but relatively straightforward. After assembling, I realized I was short one curtain hook. May have lost it during the assembly process. I contacted customer service and asked for additional hooks to have on hand in case some break in the future. Very fast response and action to get more sent. Very impressed with product.

Be*****tteIt works. Don't forget to plan to secure it or it WILL blow away. I am really glad I went with a metal roof, I can't believe a canvas rood would last with all the wind and rain.

J.*****enThis comes in two boxes - don’t get excited if just one shows up and you think you can build it - wait for the second! And the boxes are big! I’ve got the “Sojag messina” gazebo and wanted a smaller one to compliment it. This gazebo looks very similar and matched well. It’s also a a way better price than I’ve seen in big box stores that sell similar gazebos. Assembling these looks intimidating. It’s probably 6-8 hours for two people to do. I suggest you take everything out of both boxes and identify the parts. This will make it go way faster. Make sure you understand a step or two ahead in the instructions what has to happen, so you do things correctly. It’s not hard but can be time consuming if you’re not prepared. Overall though it’s nice. The pieces came well packaged and arrive safe. Everything looked pretty good - anyone will be happy with this

B***eAfter extensive research I decided to go for a budget hard top gazebo instead of a more affordable canvas model. I live in an area that gets substantial leaf fall and moderate snow every year and canvas just wont hold up nor will I be taking this down every year. More than anything be patient and purposeful about how you set this thing up. Review the next steps before jumping in. Understand the big picture on how to put it together so if you are struggling you can stop and do it another way. I for one followed a different order for setting up the legs so I could stand them up by myself. If you are struggling with the roof section, stop, and try another way. Perhaps seat the panel on the other side first. Make sure you are not installing the roof segments upside down. Consider buying a fan to hang in the gazebo as the steel radiates heat. I was thinking that this gazebo would work as a nice dry sauna with the curtains closed on a hot day. Just get a kiddo pool to jump in afterward. All in all, Im happy with the sturdiness and believe it'll last for +10years. I do not think I will be taking it with me when I sell the house, just too many parts. I had fun putting it together. Just dont get angry... you know who you are. ;D
