I don’t usually do reviews but needed to for this beauty. Very well built and sturdy. Great looking in the stainless steel too. Very easy to light with great access to the firebox with the feeder off the back. The pizza door is well engineered and can lever open on its hinge or be taken off completely. Burns well and upto temp quickly - using wood and/or pellets. I found the Fresh Grills videos on you tube and they helped a lot. I also bought a laser thermometer to check the oven temp and gas lighter burner torch to light it. Oh and it cooked amazing pizzas!
M***LEImmensely pleased with the oven. It is well made, strong and looks durable. Comes with a built in thermostat on front. Didnt worry too much about pizza instructions just fired it up, left it to heat up and in they went. Lessons learnt..thin base are best between 7" and 10",turn every few minutes, easier said than done until you practice, and keep an eye on the pizza, they only take 5/10 minutes, if that. But they are worth it, garlic n tomato bread to die for.. mmmm. The more toppings you put on the longer to cook and easier to burn, so keep em simple until you become competent. Easy to clean when finished and throw cold embers into garden. If you not sure google it. I would recommend this oven to anybody. Paul W

Sh****ySturdy, looks great, is a fairly big beast and does the job really well. Ability to deal with many fuel types a big win. Front door is badly designed though - the pronounced rim around the edge combined with short handle makes for regular small burns when opening and closing it
