Question:Do I need to have people there to help me unload it and set it up, or is that included in delivery?
Answer:Mine came in a big box on a pallet and they unloaded it from the truck and set it down next to my driveway using a pallet jack. I had to unbox it, move the pieces to my desired location and assemble it - which you'll definitely want at least two people for - the main section of the fireplace is very heavy.

Question:Can this fireplace be raised up on concrete blocks and concrete footing?
Answer:Yes, I put in on top of a concrete slab

Answer:Yes, we have converted lots of outdoor fireplaces and fire pits to natural gas and LP. It's not rocket science. Just look up your local fireplace store and give them a call and explain what you are trying to do.

Question:What are the clearances to combustible on unit? the manual did not reflect what was required.
Answer:We recommend to have a 5 feet away clearance from the fireplace.

Question:Is this available without the side tables? Or is it possible to not have the side tables connected?
Answer:Yes. They just sit next to main unit.

Question:Can this be used under a solid roof patio cover?
Answer:Dear valued customer, Unfortunately, we do not recommend using the fireplace under a solid roof patio cover since the unit is intended for outdoor use only and for safety for purposes as well.

Question:How close can this be placed next to a fence?
