All-Cedar Construction
The Beach Front is made from 100% cedar. With small, tight knot structure, your lumber will be less likely to develop small cracks emanating from knots. All lumber is pre-stained for a smooth and clear appearance, as well as cut and stamped with the part number to help speed up the building process. Some pilot-hole drilling may be required. Our exclusive Safe-T-Fuse hardware makes assembly easy and secure.

Question:What age child is this set made to target? I need a set to accommodate 9-10 year olds.
Answer:We have a 2, 3 and 12 year old. It works great for the little ones and will last until they are bigger. For older kids, I would suggest something more on an obstacle type structure...especially if they are boys. There are numerous options for climbing jumping, etc and our 12 year old has a tire swing that works perfectly for him.Question:Would this work on an uneven yard or slope?
Answer:No. We have it on a flat and level spot other than one tiny little bit on the corner and we had to get a 2x4 to level it or it wouldn’t have worked.Question:Am i suppose to purchase a sandbox for the sandbox area? If so what are the dimensions?
Answer:The bottom of the set forms the sandbox. You will need 8-50LB BAGS OR 16-25LB BAGS of sand.Question:What are the slide demensions???
Answer:The Beach Front has an 8ft slide up to the 4 foot deck. The slide bed is approximately 17" wide not including the rails.Question:How would this arrive at my home? multiple boxes? On a pallet?
Answer:The Beach Front would arrive by Freight company and it will be two boxes
Box 1: 91 1/2" x 22 1/4" x 6 " Weight: 143 lbs.
Box 2: 91 1/2" x 22 1/4" x 6 " Weight: 119 lbs.Question:How long are the swing chains/seat from the bar? Looking for a bucket seat and a sitting disc and want to make sure they're not too long or short.
Answer:From the ground to the swing is 14 1/16". The swing chains length is 51.25" and the trapeze chain is 31" -

Looks exactly as advertised. Took about 15 total hours for me to construct myself. The 3-D instructions on the app are a huge help. Tips: lay out the nuts/bolts/screws/washers in numerical order so itâs easy to find what you need as you go along, and a legit power drill will help a lot; I have an electric screwdriver which struggled to keep up. I also found it easier to complete the whole roof separately and then put it on instead of building it up on the fort. Only real con was several board markings were hard to read so some educated guessing was required, but it wasnât too difficult.

This things directions are all over the place. I had a ton of knots and cracks in the wood. This is not the sturdiest of wood either. Takes quite a few days to get it together without power tools. However, my son loves it and the neighbor is jealous. It can hold 325lbs easy. One thing I noticed is the monkey bars go into a wall, they don't lead inside fort.

Everything was there. It took a while to set it up, about 11 -15 hours between he and his brother, but the boys are thrilled. Lots for them to do and we don't have to worry about playground germs. Seems very sturdy. Definitely a good value for the money.

I got overwhelmed when I opened the boxes and saw a million pieces of wood. But after reviewing the manual and looking at the pages provided that tells you which part is in which box it unfolded like a breeze. Make sure you keep all hardware in itâs labeled bag and so u can read it in the bag. Also **power tools* are definitely a must to ease and facilitate your time. Two people I would say is a must to assemble this set. Even three people.

This product is EXCELLENT. Yes, it took my husband and son an entire weekend to put together. But the instructions were very clear, all of the parts were clearly labeled, and everything, including hardware, is very solid and well designed.
