Question: I am an older female. Can I set this up by myself?
Answer: Yes, you should be able to. I am a 75 year old female myself and like the tent because I can manage it by myself. If you have balance issues, you should be careful, because it flips open with a bit of force, and then you have to pop out the sides and lift it into place. Not heavy, just a little awkward.

Question: Does your 15x15 floor tarp fit over the tent for waterproofing? Or would it slip off, thanks

This screen house don't come with floor tarp, the PE Floor is waterproof itself. Thanks.

Question: Can a fire pit be used inside
Answer: My instinct is no. It would put soot in the screen and the screen, while open, does not allow free flow of air that the open screen door would allow. Just put the fire outside the screen and enjoy it while you are safe inside!

Question: Does the sand bags come off to easily disassemble it?
Answer: There is not a dedicated place to hook the line to the sandbags, but I guess you could easily loop the tie-down line around the top of the sandbag.
